On the ground floor: a house bathroom, with sauna room; and a twin-bedded room, from which a door leads out onto a patio, giving direct access to the secluded, south-facing rear garden.

On the first floor: the master bedroom, with an en suite toilet, shower, and wash basin. The spacious south-facing lounge has a dining suite, three piece suite and additional fully sprung double divan sofa bed. From the lounge, large sliding door windows give access to the balcony, from which there are extensive views along Upper Wharfedale and across the River Wharfe to the hills beyond. The separate kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully fitted with all modern facilities – a complete ‘home from home’.
