Weekly Bookings
A non-returnable deposit of one third of the rental is payable at the time of booking – the balance is due six weeks before commencement of the holiday.
Smoking
The cottage is designated ‘Non Smoking’.
Cancellations
It should be realised that payment of a deposit constitutes a contract, which makes the client liable for the full rental, even if the client is forced to cancel the holiday. To claim payment for a cancelled holiday could be most distasteful for both us and our visitors, therefore we strongly recommend that you take out a simple cancellation insurance policy with your own agent, or through an Internet search.
