The Ghyll* - a Supplement of £50 is charged for Heron Ghyll where the third bedroom is used.

MINI BREAKS – COST PER COTTAGE (UP TO 4 PEOPLE)

£20 reduction on all mini break bookings if only one bedroom required.

Over 4 guests, add £15 per additional person per night – this only applies to mini breaks.

Weekly Bookings

A non-returnable deposit of one-third of the rental is payable at the time of booking – the balance is due six weeks before commencement of the holiday.

Payments

Payments can be made by Credit or Debit Cards, or Cheques.  For payment by cheque, please telephone first to reserve a cottage, then click for a downloadable Reservation Form.  BACs payments – please telephone for our bank details.

Mini-Breaks

A single payment of the full rental is payable at the time of booking.

Electricity

Charged per unit consumed, payable on departure.

Cancellations

It should be realised that payment of a deposit constitutes a contract, which makes the client liable for the full rental, even if the client is forced to cancel the holiday.

Cancellation Insurance

To claim payment for a cancelled holiday could be most distasteful for both us and our visitors, therefore we strongly recommend that you take out a simple Cancellation Insurance policy with your own agent, or we can provide details of suitable alternative insurance cover.
